Re SYD T2/T3, Sydney domestic airport, is it still walkable from either to Ibis budget/

I walked from the Ibis Budget this morning and decided to check out the Southern (#2) route. It was fine ... several pedestrian crossings so keep alert but no issues with rolling luggage.

From T2, you'd head East toward the DHL building; as you near it the footpath turns left, just follow that and the hotels will appear as you pass the building.
Yep did end up doing route 2 which was fine.

Was going to do 1 in the reverse the following morning but it was raining. Ended up getting a taxi from infront of the ibis as we were going to international, for a fair price, and the driver had a car seat aswell which could have been a sticking point

How is the overpass, when you went to the Ibis Budget?
Totally finished now?
seemed finished to me

Is the best route (dragging a couple kids and gear) from QF T3 to Ibis Budget either:
The big multistorey car park between T2 and T3 (P1 and P1/P2 but not P2) has now been demolished. Just an outdoor car park there so it is easy to cross over from Shiers to Keith Smith. They have erected undercover but outdoor walkways from terminals to P2 to make it slightly easier.

No issues even with young kids.
