Status Match from Virgin Velocity Platinum

I am likely to lose my Velocity Platinum status in February after having it for over ten years. I was going to book a few flights to keep it, but I think my loyalty has gone. I am wondering if any airlines are currently offering a status match for Virgin customers?

Think Vietnam Airlines offers a paid match for Sky team.

AFAIK, no, but I reckon that given Virgin's recent changes it would be a shrewd move for Qantas to do this.
