Qantas Club membership price increase (and removal of 4 year renewals) - 11th December 2025.

As per an email this morning from 11th December 2025, the price is increasing for new and renewing Qantas club memberships and the option for a 4 year membership period is being removed. Details below:

New members
A once-off join fee of $129 (AUD/NZD) or 21,500 Qantas Points applies to all new Qantas Club memberships until 10 December 2025.
From 11 December 2025, a once-off join fee of $149 (AUD/NZD) or 24,900 Qantas Points will apply to all new Qantas Club memberships.

My father-in-law when he was alive was one of the few who bought the original Lifetime Qantas Club membership many years ago... how times have changed.
 
There’s still a few of us old timers around 😉
$2.5k for life QP, circa 1995, seems like a bargain now
It seemed such a bargain when I bought lifetime QC in the early 90s...then I achieved LT Qf Gold in 2016 :) I asked Qf and was refused a pro rata refund on my lifetime QC membership! :(
