Can't access velocity/virgin members area

In the last 1-2 weeks, every time I try and log in, I get this endlessly:



I filled out a contact form yesterday but not expecting much. I tried different browsers, but always the same outcome.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Unfortunately their support just replied to call them to book and debug - I'll give that a go next week.

I highly suggest you guys contact them also, so that they know it's not an isolated issue.

Is that the website or apps? My apps VA and seperate Velocity remain logged in.

Tried the VA website and it went past that screen by sending the OTP code by email.

Try clearing cookies in your browser to force a OTP (2FA).

Me too the last couple of days, BUT I can log in using Incognito

Disable any ad blocker and clear history/cookies/browser cache.

Once I did all that, I was able to get past the spinning wheel of death

It'll be a recent change to the site itself or the easyprivacy blocklist which is where I found the rules involved.

If you're so inclined you can add the following to your custom rules (in uBlock Origin format) to allow the required scripts only for the auth.velocityfrequentflyer.com site so it'll work.
