Qantas Classic Plus devaluation

I just checked and there are no CR seats available on any individual legs for either flight option. It's for 5 April btw

It looks like both revenue options are being priced at C fare class due to married segments, even though both D and I availability exist for all four legs individually. PC+ rates for the two options booked individually do not change.

I can only think perhaps the overnight option is allowing a D/I fare when booked as CR+ but not revenue. The QF internal inventory system is more complex than what we see on expertflyer.

It would be interesting to see if a WP release would work on the second option and not the first.

I think a WP release would be fine in the sense that there is I availability on the international segment, and then they can force the domestic connection anyway provided there is C availability.

“I” just means it can be requested. Lots of requests are denied.

That was my point, whether the first was denied but the second was granted.
