Time for this thread!

I'll kick off with a booking on a Ponant cruise Reykjavik to Glasgow via the Faroe and Shetland Islands and the Hebrides in June. Been wanting to do this since @VPS reported on it a few years ago, but always too expensive.

I'll tack a week into southern Portugal onto this. Originally scheduled for mid 2026, that got cut as that overall trip became too long.

Mmm I've never done this cruise but I'd love to

Googling Ponant no single supplement now

Okay I haven't thought about 2027 in great details....
But I do want to go back to Japan in winter, somewhere Tohoku perhaps.
Will I have enough points.....not at the moment that's for sure!

Plans for 2027 still very loose at this point. But highly likely will be a ski trip to Japan in Jan/Feb 2027 and a trip to see Seat Son late in the yer , probably using the Dubai via Europe method. We will select the European destination closer to time based on the air fares we can get t the time.

Very loose plans for 2027 as it is getting very difficult to find J class awards long haul and I am not up to 14 hours in Y anymore.

Annual trip to Turkiye, may have to layover in Asia if I can't get J.
NZ South Island road trip
Sumba and Flores via Bali
Road trip to FNQ

14 night med cruise around the Solar Eclipse. Then a visit to UK to visit son and DIL at their home. Seeing them next year but in Malta for a week. I've got 2028 booked as well. It's a big wedding anniversary year. Returning to Alaska on Viking plus the Canadian Rockies Mountaineer.

+1 and I are cruising with Azamara again in 2027. This time it will be from Anchorage to Tokyo.
parents did that (from Vancouver) in 2019. It was a positioning cruse, getting the ship over to Asia ahead of northern winter. It ended with their first stop in Japan (besides the overnight at NRT in 95). Wonder if they are still doing the Russian Far East day trips.

It’s with Celebrity so a little bigger than you like. The Egypt River cruises seem to be the main attraction that year as eclipse lasts a long time and weather very likely going to be clear.
I tried to get us a Nile cruise about that time next year 3 months ago. The one we wanted was booked out but we could have sailed this year.
