Late last year because of extremely large transfers . They closed my account even after appeal .

How do you do the transfers now? What other option we can use US AMEX ?
Wise ask me to provide TAX notice but I’m not sure now they will let me do the transfers.

I just transfer funds into my HSBC US account via Revolut.

Im using a family members account .you can try revolut or ibkr .you can try and apeal with them and AFCA.

I have created account with Revolut but not sure I can setup direct debit with that as Revolut account doesn't have routing number, have anyone use Revolut for US Amex payments?

Nope. That is for international transfers. I don’t believe it works as a ACH/wire routing number

I usually use Revolut for international money transfers (say from $A to $US for Amex payments. I don’t pay directly into my Amex Account but into HSBC using its account and souring number and then do a payment from Amex funded from HSBC.

Applied on 25/8 using NLL link.
Usually get approved within couple of days but this time they first asked me to submit ITIN & ID.
Then few days later asked me to submit an address proof.
Get a feeling they intentionally stalling it with changes around the corner.
My plan was to double dip on the FHR benefit but looks like I might be out of luck

there are a few who have been waiting for approvals - might be correct and stalling - hope its not a change in direction of more scrutiny in applications

Same here had issues getting personal plat approved NLL or otherwise few weeks ago - maybe they will do a "Chase" and loosen up the requirements after the CC refresh is announced
