Baggage allowance confirmation

Looking for some confirmation on baggage allowance.
HND-SYD-CBR, part of a DONE4 (SYD-CBR on a dash 8). QF Platinum.
Ticket says I get 2 bags, QF website says I get 3 for JP departure. Then I get an extra bag as Platinum?

I currently have 1 suitcase. Just got a large item which was too large for a JP Post box, and Yamato Transport wouldn't send it overseas, so they've sent it to HND.
I may need to get another suitcase in Akiba on the weekend before I head home on monday night.
So I currently have 2 checked items, may have a 3rd by the time of the flight...

Should be 3 iirc either as dictated by the NA requirements for intl or straight KGs.

Quite warm. Not quite as bad as in Nagoya yesterday.
