PER-LHR in Premium Econ ==> Points needed for Business upgrade?

I've checked possible other discussion threads to no avail.
Will be purchasing Premium Econ for solo flight in late-Aug 2026 and wondering how many points may be needed to upgrade to Business class?
Can't find any info anywhere on google.
Can anyone offer any insights?
Am also considering Points and Pay as an option but not buy Economy and hope for Premium upgrade.
Am also looking at joining QF Club.
Hold 45k points only and not a Frequent (enough) Flyer yet.

PER-LHR falls into bracket 9 for international. Depending on which fare class of PE you book into will determine the actual amount but it should be between 72,000 and 58,800 one way.
