Chef's Table?
Chef's Table?
That one is on my list. It looks like a similar concept to Slow Horses.Just when I was about to ditch Netflix, 3 eps into Dept Q. Well worth the watch.
There appear to be a number of other decent selections available now as well but the proof will be in the pudding.
Don't think (?) I have watched Slow Horses, Netflix? That one is on my list. It looks like a similar concept to Slow Horses.
It's promoted as similar to Slow Horses and while it's quite good, it's just not in the same ballpark. That one is on my list. It looks like a similar concept to Slow Horses.
Its based on a brilliant book by Danish author Jussi alder-Olsen called ‘The Keeper of Lost Causes’That one is on my list. It looks like a similar concept to Slow Horses.

I read an interview with Gary Oldham, about how he got into Slow Horses, which was fascinating. Mick Jagger who is a big fan of Mick Herons books did the opening song for free. They asked Gary when he was going to retire, and his answer was when they stop making Slow Horses. I can understand why, as his depiction of Jackson Lamb is just so great.Try as I might to avoid another (10th streaming service) watching Slow Horses on my last flight pushed me over that threshold. He’s brilliant in the series but the real character in the books is much rougher and far more degenerate.Try as I might to avoid another (10th streaming service) watching Slow Horses on my last flight pushed me over that threshold. Oldham is magic
Agree. It's really good. And yes, lots of series seemingly newly available. I refuse to get another streaming service so no Slow Horses for us then.Just when I was about to ditch Netflix, 3 eps into Dept Q. Well worth the watch.

You can subscribe to Apple TV on a monthly basis, and turn it off once you have watched what you're after. That's what I do with Apple and Netflix.Agree. It's really good. And yes, lots of series seemingly newly available. I refuse to get another streaming service so no Slow Horses for us then.
More degenerate?! I'll have to read the books now to see how that's possibleHe’s brilliant in the series but the real character in the books is much rougher and far more degenerate.![]()
