I hope this hasn't been asked before (I tried to search).
I'm wondering what the conditions are to reschedule flights booked with Krisflyer miles, if you can't get onto a flight due to illness, etc?

SIA advises the rebooking fees attached to the booking class (e.g. Economy Saver), however I'm wondering whether they will try to get you onto the next available flight with seats, or if you are restricted by the availability of reward seats?
I can't find this covered in their terms and conditions.

Thanks for clarifying.

There will be a USD25 fee to change a saver award ticket (free if you booked ‘advantage’).

You can only change an award if there is award availability for the new flights you want.

If you can’t make your flight due to illness, you may need to rely on your travel insurance to get home if there is no availability via SQ. If you haven’t already left, it much that can be done. Your travel insurance may cover the cost of cancellation fees for your krisflyer booking (which is USD75 for saver bookings).
