I'm Travelling BNE - SIN - BKK on SQ with a transit in SIN. Arrive SIN at T3 and depart T2. Is 2.05 hrs long enough to do this comfortably assuming no delays along the way?

@ eric2011, If your flight is delayed, inform the Cabin crew manager before landing, they will organise a golf cart to take you to T2.
They will probably do it anyway if inbound flight is delayed.

Thanks, good to know, only 1 more later flight SIN-BKK that night and dont really want a delay and spend the night in SIN

ah, thats helpful thanks. Flying in J so should be first off

It also helps significantly that there's no transit security as you hop off, just the main terminal and transit. Security for the departing flight is at thr gate.

On your own. Find the skytrain from T3 to T2 and that should get you over fairly quickly. I'd estimate the worst scenario where your gate was furthest from the train and you just miss the train you'll probably still only take around 30mins gate to gate.

If there's any delays, SQ would know that you're on a delayed inbound as well and inform you accordingly.

They will look after you even if not flying SQ .

Even at Changi there is a One World agent. I flew in once on QF connecting to MH to KUL. Inbound late. OW agent waiting for at the gate and offered to escorted me to MH flight. I told her I knew my way around so I was able to walk there myself.

Very comfortable without delays.

With a 2 hour delay, 2h 35m transit is just enough. I think most issues are ex-BKK.

September we have 8h 50m overnight transit in SIN ex-SYD and coming back we have 2h 50m in SIN ex-BKK.

April we have 8h 35m overnight transit in SIN ex-BNE and coming back we have 6h 35m overnight transit in SIN ex-BKK.

Not if there are lots of people connecting.

If there's any delays, SQ would know that you're on a delayed inbound as well and inform you accaccordingly.
SQ knew the BKK-SIN was delayed ~2 hours and they just had a person outside the arrival gate telling people their onward departing gate.

On the flight only 4 flights were listed as connecting and the SIN-BNE flight was not listed. When we landed at F41 (almost furthest F gate) we were told SIN-BNE was B7 (almost furthest B gate). Our 2h 35m transit (with lounfectime to relax) was reduced to <30 minutes. We had 8 year old in tow. No other help offered. We only just made it. We were last through security before gate closed and a couple of dozen waiting to board.

SQ is not as great as some say. Maybe it's just my luck.

Last week, we ended up having to do 40 minutes T3 to T1. Just missed a shuttle but waited 4 minutes for next then walked briskly-loads of time to spare

I agree completely.

A couple of days ago I did BKK-SIN-CGK with a 1:50 connection. It all worked well, as the incoming flight was on time and the connecting flight was at the same E gate (!), but I shudder to think what might have happened if the incoming flight was quite late and the connecting gate was in T3.

But, as it happened, I had an enjoyable hour or so in the Krisflyer Gold lounge, sipping some not too bad French red (vin du pays)
