I can't seem to search classic reward seats from non Australian city. The screen just showing white screen. However if i put from Australian city such as Sydney, it does come out. i have tried multiple browsers and device. not sure if this is isolated to mine only or anyone else experience this also?

What city(s)? Not all are searchable online but can be booked over the phone.

eg Doha (DOH) but you can check availability by searching something like SYD-DOH (return).

There are plenty of cities that are availabe for searching online however.

From Non Australian City. For example Singapore - Tokyo HND. If you put from any of Australian City it will show and even if there is no availability it will say. But the screen just showing a white screen. it seems there is issue with the site. However i just tried multicity search and it seems working.

Must be an issue at your end because SIN is definitely one that can be searched from.

Are you currently OS? Or running a VPN? Or something else that might confusing things?

I seem to be having the same issue If I try to book starting in another country it just gets stuck on a loading page. But If I use the multi city tool and put in a flight from australia first and then the flight I was looking for second it brought up the flights.

Site was playing up for me last night.
Was unable to search any US domestic flights and only flights from AU ports seem to be working.
Just checked again now and get this

Working for me using multi-city. Regular search seems a bit slow but OPs problem was it wasn’t even allowing foreign port selection?

What helped me was clearing my browser cache or trying an incognito window. If that doesn’t work, maybe give the mobile app a shot or switch to a different device.

Hi guys, thanks for your reminder. In fact, multi-city search is useful for me, but how can I exclude the initial segments that depart from Australia? If I’m only interested in flights operated by Qantas partner airlines? Thanks,

Just enter the port you want to start from and then any other legs.

Note: you can search a single sector or return via multi-city.

Some cities won’t load as the first leg starting point eg DOH, DXB, EZE and countries where QF doesn’t have a Sales office.

I managed to get search results for flights originating in DXB

Ok. I edited my post because someone else mentioned DXB but yes, that seems to work now.

The old work around to check flights was to do return searches (eg LHR-DOH (ret), SCL-EZE/AEP (ret) etc

However, there is definitely something wrong with some search functionality this weekend.

Thanks mate, actually, if I try to enter a one-way flight using the multi-city tool, I get an error.
But if I put in something like SYD–MEL first, then a few days later DXB–KUL, it does show some availability. The problem is, I only want the DXB–KUL flight — is there any way to remove the SYD–MEL leg so I can just book the second segment? Thank you so much!

In this case, I'd call to book and let the agent know that you're unable to book online so you're not charged an assistance fee.
