Serrat, Rockford, Mount Mary, Standish, Wendouree, Mosswood and Giaconda are the mailing lists I subscribe to every vintage in no particular order. And I agree that I need to cut back the purchases as it is more than I can consume in a year, as well as obviously wanting to drink other wines.
Not that it makes any difference being on the Giaconda mailing list, but did you manage to get any this year hwy?
No one I know got any. I missed out too.
The entire stock (not just the Chardonnay) sold out in literally 3-4 minutes.

Likewise. Just got the shipping notification as well - expected to arrive Monday.
I haven't tried to order The Giaconda Chardonnay for a few years, but it's the first time I missed out.
Still have a couple of the 2006 left.
Is there some “special list”, or did you guys just get your online order in between 08.00 and 08.04?
I might have to type faster next year!

Makes more sense to get some Meursault instead if It's going at $400-500 a bottle secondary market.
I'm not likely to do that though :(

Nothing special... Used my mobile, not PC. Didn't wait for any email, just went to website at (0728 ACST) and refreshed till list popped up.
Using mobile, address and CC etc. are saved so no typing necessary. Done.

Last yr, I had some in my cart and btn getting of the couch to get my wallet and CC it'd gone...

I forgot it was coming out and went for a walk at 7:30am. Got home at 8:30am and saw the email to order.... oh well, 21 and 22 vintages will do for now.

Standish orders are open- get the Schubert and Lamella as my recommendations.

I managed to get some last year. I can't say that there was any real trick to it, other than using prefilled data at checkout.

Hopefully a larger yield next vintage will mean an easier buying experience for most. That said, it seems like the hype has gone up a notch in the last few years (understandably so in my opinion).
