So today in Taormina Sicily I was planning to go up the mountain but woke to a very cloudy day and decided to have a walk to the Botanic Gardens and then a quiet afternoon.

In the mid afternoon I could hear very loud music and this was the view from my balcony. Today was Carnevale and although I had googled events in Taormina it wasn't listed anywhere.

These are just a couple I took before it started. I then decided to follow them and it was just amazing, I will post my in TR later.

The wifi in my apartment is appalling

It certainly is, using wise card to withdraw from atm, have not been charged any withdrawal fees at all.
We had to purchase another suitcase for the extra shopping

I think the pink ones are the same as what we have in SA - you always find them in the middle of nowhere with no apparent water source. We call them Easter lilies but they probably aren't but Belladonna

A little side trip today

Arrived 11am at Gimpo and out of Incheon tonight so i had to figure out a side trip on a hurry.

I might have caught 4 trains to get where i was going.
