The definitive thread on Qantas IT gripes

The wellbeing app Is still not counting. Hit the customer contact and it comes up Error 502 Bad Gateway. Unfortunately for them i had their email address from a previous problem. Now they just have to answer.
 
Must be an ios issue as my step count is posting fine to Android wellbeing app.
Working on iOS also (bit of a lag from time to time). There’s a banner saying they’re working on some tech issues.
 
My status credits total was incorrect both on the App and website today. Shows 1016 when it should be 1096 (80sc difference) but flight from Wednesday for 80 sc is showing in the transaction list.
Called Qantas and agent told me she can see my sc total as 1096. Strange. Will see if it updates overnight.

Mmm Adelaide DXB LHR - it's not that hard - was also looking at ADL xx_ DXB LHR where xx_ is SYD MEL PER BNE

It's a moot point now anyway but I'm not going to use reward points
 
I've just gone through making a Classic Rewards redemption on KLM, AMS to LCY in April.

Went through Express Checkout to the payment page when it suddenly fails with "Sorry, an error seems to have occurred, and this page cannot be displayed (15079, 421)"

Now when I go back to search for the same flights again it tells me that there's no classic reward availability for this route... IT failure or just my luck with timing and they've pulled all the seats seconds before I tried to book one?!

The seats are probably on hold due to your first attempt to book. They could reappear eventually - worse case after midnight GMT.

That’s if they weren’t phantom award seats to start with and that’s what caused the snafu.

Try ringing them now and see whether the booking is in the back end, this worked for me a few weeks ago
 
My problems with the well being App may well have been a combination of QF IT and my iPhone. Emailed IT on Thursday. Half an hour later the app caught up with the phone and accurate Friday to Sunday. Late last night the phone died. Hasn't been resuscitated on charger over night. Off to Officeworks later today.

Try #12. i have been putting in the correct code each time, don't know why they have an issue with my husband's contact details. Trying to send 2100 points to my account, never had a problem before.

What a pain. Looks like the work experience kids have been at it again.
 
Just try and change a phone number. Can only do so online by sending a code to the number you no longer have. No alternatives but ring and wait hours.
