Urgent help - ticket issued but not on systrm

Hi, I'm at SYD right now.
Got a flight out to MLE via KUL and CMB with MH and UL UL.
It is part of OWA redemption booked with QF. They are saying the ticket issued is valid but not for the MH flight..
I don't know what to do?

MH told us to go QF desk. The lady said they cancelled the whole booking for no reason.. then she asked them to try reinstate it and it worked!
I'm glad I came to the airport 3hours.. but time was ticking down and it was not a good feeling.
All ticketed now but no lounge access.
9.08pm - boarding is at 9.15pm

Sounds like maybe the MH portion of the ticket wasn’t issued in time and the reservation got cancelled?
