I’m trying to understand what the stopover rule is for the QF/AY mixed class fare ex-Australia in economy to SIN, then business to Lisbon via Helsinki. In one direction we would like a HEL stopover for a few days but my travel agent is having difficulty getting confirmation of seats when she does this as opposed to booking with no stopover…anyone?

Dare I say the easiest way for the rules would be for the TA to read through them and see if stopovers are permitted. Fairly simple exercise to bring up the rules once you are have the fare.

Otherwise doing a booking on the AY website might give you a copy of the rules as well.
