Got approved on 5th Oct, living in the north shore NSW area. Still waiting for the card delivery today (17th Oct) - is that normal?

Called the customer service number 132484 and really no help at all.

Could you share some card delivery times recently if you got one, thank you. (And is it delivered with post in the mail box or some courier?)
