I chartered the pilot involved several years ago and would rate him as extremely professional. It sounds like he did a great job.
I think things might have been different had it been summer and the car park full. I've not flown from this pad but watched one of my employees do so and I couldn't help but think the place had trouble written all over it. Let's gather as many people as we can very close to a elevated helipad with no alternate landing spots nearby and operate a single out of there.
It will be interesting to see if these flights continue.
