It looks like QantasLink has just cancelled all CFS-BNE flights from the end of July until the end of October. Anyone know if this route is being cancelled permanently, or is it just "on pause" for the next few months? I don't recall seeing any announcement from Qantas.

FC is currently operating CFS-BNE.

SAAB34 or the Metro23

In that case, QF has probably lost interest. (There was no competition when they announced the route in 2021.)

If this were Rex, the cancellation of the route would probably be accompanied by an angry press release accusing Fly Corporate of illegal bullying behaviour. 😂

But it's Qantas, so there probably won't be even so much of an announcement if the route doesn't return.

I see them on days 1 4 5 and 7 ..... BNE CFS QF2521 and CFS BNE QF2522

Hmm, something strange is happening. I can see these flights on the Qantas website but some have been removed from the GDS. I suspect further changes may be underway.

The route is too small to make it work other than a flight on a Metro that takes less than 20 passengers.

FC used to run an evening departure ex Brisbane overnight in Coffs and fly the plane back in the morning,

There was no weekend service the Friday flight down to Coffs the flight would usually just fly back without passengers.
