Probably should also have asked flights “to” NLK….

No. It's an Australian territory.

Yet, they insist on us filling in those yellow incoming passenger cards - which really don’t work/make sense flying Oz to Oz…

But fortunately no mention of DPD here…

Try to do the DPD with your drivers license as you can legally go to NLK with that as your identity document.

It would be easier if the external territories of NLK and XCH/CCK were just attached to their closest states like LDH is. Queensland and WA respectively already provide state and local government equivalent services under contract to the Feds.
