managed to use the dell 10% off offer wisely..

Dell UltraSharp 38 Curved USB-C Hub Monitor - U3821DW bought this for ~$1240 after the 10% amex cashback, currently ~$1800.

don't want to take this thread off topic but can post the method if anyone else is interested.

So I have been waiting for the Dining offer credit to show up for a particular venue and today contacted Amex. The billing showed a couple of meals taken at a venue owned by the ALH Group. They own a slew of pubs so when I put everything on the tab and settled at the end of the night it showed as being ALH Group. This was not on the list of restaurants registered for the offer and so it did not trigger the credit. After a bit of an exchange, the amex operative said it would be fixed in 5-10 working days.

Finally got something that was useful and at a genuinely cheap price using the $75 credit lol.

Speaking of “stacking”, I got a QF shopping email (might have been EOFY or something like that), but they’ve doubled/tripled some of the bonus FF points for some online merchants - including Net A Porter, HP, Dell and a couple of others that have current AMEX cash back offers.

My offer is spend $60 in one or more transactions. I am only expecting one $10 credit. With prices as they are it is pretty difficult to spend less than $60 in one transaction.

The offer is spend $60 in one or more transactions for a $10 credit, so you would need to be spending at least $60 each on two registered cards. Not sure if the spend can be at different stores as I've always been able to hit the spend in one go.

I don't think you have to spend $250 to trigger a 15% cashback, do you? My offer is 15% credit each time, up to $250 back - no minimum spend.

I went to Vivid tonight with Mrs SS and we popped into the Amex Lounge at the OPT. We are scum class Amex members as all our cards are 'free' cards but upon entry we were each given a free drinks voucher for one drink up to $20. The Amex blurb suggests that the free drinks are for Centurion and Platinum w-----s only.

YMMV and if I shouldn't be telling you all this then just keep it to yourself.

Depends on the person at the gate. Last week they even let non-member in.

Has anyone managed to get the credit for the IHG offer? We made the spend across two separate signed up cards for a stay in early May, received the confirmation on one card, but no statement credit for either as yet.

Did your credit arrive? I’m two weeks on from a stay and nothing back so far.

You get free drinks on Monday and Tuesday nights in the scum class. I'll be there next Tuesday and intend to get my free drink!
