Hi All,

If I've not dreamt this, can someone please point me to where in the iOS version of the App On Departure Upgrades appear.

Was trying to get one for QF1169 yesterday but for the life of me I couldn't see the option in the app from the supposed T-3h opening. Thought I'd try again at the service desk at BNK but there isn't one and the check-in desks were swamped.

Regards,

BD

I think it comes up, if available, when you click view boarding pass. From memory it's the same place where the "undo check in" button is.

I think on departure upgrades are a domestic only thing. I could be mistaken though. Ie, the ones you used to be able to go request at the service desk in the QP.

Correct. Not too many international routes that could be requested out of BNK.
