Hi - hopefully a quick question.

My step mum has booked (well I did!) flights using some soon to expire Skywards points for BNE-CBR and return (2 separate bookings from 2 different accounts). We have (of course) received the e-ticket with the Emirates PNR, but I am trying to link some Qantas lounge passes for her, and presumably need the QANTAS PNR - the bookings do not seem accessible on QF MMB. Is there a way to obtain the QANTAS PNR, so I can assign lounge passes for these flights?

Thanks!

Complimentary lounge passes aren't being accepted in the QF BNE Intl lounge currently.

Shouldn't be an issue given the OP's flights are BNE-CBR ;)

You should be able to get the QF PNR by contacting Emirates, or perhaps in Emirates MMB. Alternatively, maybe try entering the EK PNR into Check My Trip and see if it spits out the QF PNR?

Others may have better ideas, I don't have any experience with this scenario specifically.

Yes true. I saw "Emirates" and made an assumption...!
