Amex in maiden name, passport in married name

I own a small business in my maiden name & consequently the Amex & other credit cards are in my maiden name. My passport & all freq flyer accounts are in my married name. Because the names don’t match, I can’t transfer point to FF programs. It is too complicated to change the cc name. Does anyone have a workaround for this? Could I start FF accounts in my maiden name & transfer the points to me as a family transfer ?

You can change your credit card independently of your business. As an aside, my business cc is still in my maiden name and my points credit just fine.

I couldn’t do it with my velocity points so I’ve assumed other programs are the same. Perhaps I’ll try QFF

Yeah velocity rejected a transfer when the names didn't match buy I've had no issue with QFF.
