Hi AFF's,

It's been a crazy few weeks given the uptake from both our Qantas Business Rewards and Velocity FF promotions. Now that we have a few weeks of normality I thought I'd check in and pose a question to those that are both pre-existing clients or users of other payments platforms much like our own - What is something you would like to see/ find most useful on such platforms?

We're more than aware of the common, "Lower your fees" statement - this is something we're always looking to better and negotiate with our providers.

Can't wait to hear from you :)

Which would be the most economical platform to cash out a prepaid debit MasterCard ?

Can one top up with a debit. Card And cash out with easy bill pay ?

You can absolutely achieve that workflow via our platform, however you would need to be using either a VISA or Mastercard - unfortunately Amex prohibits these types of payments. However given you stated you would be wanting to use a debit card (Amex don't have these in the Australian market - only VISA and MC) this would be absolutely fine.

Can I use a prepaid debit MasterCard ? What would the surcharge be ?

But I have a lot off $$ blocked and I want to cash them out .
I don't really understand what you mean by cash out? Pay yourself or pay bills? Why can't you use the prepaid mastercard directly at the ACT online store, council website, utilities, strata, etc.?
