The tree is a baobab - and my favourite.

I thought the needle with ‘sewing’ running down the grassed tiers was perhaps the most original.

Needless to say, scaffolding is not my favoured form of ‘sculpture’

If I remember rightly from our trip, there was a nice bakery across from or near to Arthur's Circus. The Airbnb we stayed at was not too far from there.
