Is there a list anywhere of the hotels used for quarantine, and when?

Just got a tentative booking for Sydney (Four Points Central Park) for December - hoping we can fly MEL-SYD by then - cancelled because apparently they've been press-ganged into quarantine.

I also would like to book somewhere in Melbourne for a staycation soon, and the missus would like to avoid quarantine hotels where possible.

Solution
Kept forgetting to post here the list.
As of today, in Melbourne the hotels used are:
  • Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport
  • Park Royal Melbourne Airport
  • Four points by Sheraton Melbourne Docklands
  • Holiday Inn on Flinders
  • Mercure Welcome Melbourne
  • Pullman Melbourne on Swanston
  • Stamford Plaza Hotel
  • Novotel Melbourne on Collins
  • Novotel South Wharf
  • Pan Pacific Melbourne
The ‘Health Hotels’ are the Novotel South Wharf and the Holiday Inn on Flinders. Also using a ward at the Albert Road Clinic (Private mental health hospital).

Yep, found all those websites too - but it's not exactly an official list of the 31 thanked by GB ( apart from the kind health worker who shared some from their memory). Given that it can live on a surface for a month and taking into account the horror stories of uncleaned hotel rooms etc etc, I'd prefer to stay in an "untainted" hotel thank you very much...

I did the google search too. There was a reddit conversation with a NSW police website link that had the list of hotels used in April but that list has been deleted and no updates.
So there are lists out there. The question is why aren't they made public?

I know if many are deciding between two hotels and one was a quarantine hotel they would probably choose the other. However some (probably a small percentage would think the opposit) that quarantine hotel got a great scrubbing

I heard 2 near Melbourne airport are for flight crew and another 2 hot hotels - Novotel South wharf, holiday Inn flinders Lane

Anyone know the Australian Open quarantine hotels or the 11 announced for Melbourne today?

I am a regional health care worker who is visiting Sydney to visit family in March (just 2 nights) & want to avoid the quarantine hotels if possible. I would like to stay in CBD if possible, but I don’t want to catch Covid.
