Hi. I made my first reservation at the end of January 2020. Then my flights were cancelled (due to COVID) and I got Standard Credits which I used after April 21 to make another booking (May 2020) . Then one flight for that booking was cancelled. Please note that the second cancellation wasn't due to Covid. There are still other flights at different times (6h difference). I would like if there is possibilty to get a refund in this case? Maybe someone has the similiar situation. Thanks for help in advance.

No refund as your initial purchase was pre-administration.
You would receive a future flight credit.
