They send a OTAuthentication 6 number code to your mobile you provided when you joined, to log in.
Granted I haven't logged into WWR in a while, it might already be known on here.
Which a good thing to have.

I haven't logged in for ages. I guess I better try. When I first saw the post I was worried you had to have a different mobile phone for each account. All of the family member accounts are on my mobile phone number. Thanks for letting us know. The phone back up is a good idea but it can be annoying.

This isn't correct.

For quite a long time now, especially if you haven't logged in for a while or are using a different device, you have needed to undertake secondary authentication.

This can be done via SMS OR email.

Therefore, it is not correct to suggest "Need mobile phone no to log in now."

Nothing has changed.

Ah this thread reminded me why I couldn’t link my Woolworths rewards card to BWS, reason is logging into Woolworths is not Woolworths rewards which of course uses a different password.
