Good afternoon

I am trying to book a flight using points and pay. (I have points and need the sc.) When I get to the payment page I only have the option of ‘Express Checkout’ without the option of points and pay. Can anyone advise me what I am doing wrong?

Many thanks

You need to click through on continue (not express checkout) to the page it asks about hire cars, etc.

As Himeno said, go right through, to the absolute end of the booking.
ExpressCheckOut might be good in the one sense, that if you don't want to use Points + Pay, then you can use ExpressCheckOut.
You are not the first to get stuck, I too got caught at ExpressCheckOut, too, and wanted the QF SC.
So I went round in a circle, 3 times, and the QF system gave me 3 PNRs!
Yes, they did in the end disappear, before my flight, but who ever at QF thought of ExpressCheckOut, never thought the system out too well.
Its never explained anywhere, that if a person does not want ExpressCheckOut, ie because they wanted to pay with anything but a credit card, then to keep going, to the final payment stage.
Ie, maybe they (flyer) wants to use Polipay to avoid fees.
Pity the original RedRoo is no longer on here, though, otherwise we could all provide feedback so that QF could improve their systems and they could get some feedback from real people who rely on them.
But, them (QF) being needful to be cheapskates, guess, that they can't pay for someone (money (pay)/time wise), to be involved with us here).

I think it's not very user friendly in this respect. They could definitely make the process more straight forward and clear... but you know.. it's QF... :D

You mean make a system that doesn't require 3 different paths through the system and 6 different answers before it finally gives something that works?
