We get a pretty good amount of points by using BP as our petrol station of choice. Hubby commutes to work so uses quite a bit of fuel in a week.
I received a survey today from BP and it was all about a new loyalty program they are looking at. Asking LOTS of questions about Velocity and Qantas as well as fuel discounts instead of flyer points.
Thought it smelled a bit funny.

That’s interesting. I recall when BP was planning to buy the Woolies servos (before ACCC said no), they’d served notice of termination to Velocity. I thought that with Woolies selling to someone else, meant that Velocity was remaining their loyalty partner. Sounds like it’s not working for them.

Well if it's a choice of Velocity being available through BP or Flybuys, I know which I'd choose... Travelling to Central Asia in F and it's not down to the 50 Velocity points once a month through BP.

There's a current BP/Velocity promo on so they're still happily working together.

I got the same survey, told them that I would move to Woolies or FlyBuy petrol stations if they don't do velocity
