I had made a reward booking for my family of 4 for this coming April. Nandi to Honolulu. It was two bookings as I had booked one adult and one child in business and one adult one child in economy. We had a change of plans and in Sept I cancelled both bookings(over the phone as they were with Fiji Airlines). The economy points and taxes were returned immediately. Not so the business cancellation. In October last year I happened to chance on the fact that that the business points (100 points) had not been returned. I made a call to Qantas and the woman I spoke to was most apologetic and sounded like she had the problem completely in hand and said the points would be returned. I just assumed all well. Logged on just recently to note no return. Rang Qantas again this last week and they said the problem was with Fiji Airlines. They promised to call me back this Wednesday just passed but no phone call was received. I find it extremely frustrating the waiting times with Qantas with their call centre (compared to velocity). Any tips from where I can go from here other then just calling the call centre again?
