How can I Select seats on Turkish Airlines IST-SIN booked through SQ?

Hubby and I booked reward J class seats for September 2019 FCO-IST-SIN-SYD with KF points.

When I log into SQ website I can book seats on the SIN-SYD but the TK legs of FCO-IST-SIN I can only request Window or Aisle.

I'm mostly concerned about the 10 hour IST-SIN leg and want to make sure hubby and I have the window and Aisle together (TK 777 has 3 seats in J class in the middle - definitely don't want to be there!)

I've also tried to manage the booking on TK website but have no success with the ticket number. Then tried to sign up for the FF program Miles&Smiles but their sign up form is not working on their site - won't let me create a password. Emailed their support to let them know, but they were no help.

Any suggestions how I can book seats for the TK legs?

Use check my trip( https://www.checkmytrip.com/cmtweb/web-landing.html ) and enter your SQ booking to get the booking ref that works with TK. Then call TK and select your seats. You need to wait at least 24 hours for the booking to show up in their system.

Thank you - I have the TK booking reference now using your instructions. I will call their CS line.

It's unbelievable that the Miles & Smiles sign up is not working on their site for weeks now. I've tried on different browsers and on mobile, but it won't accept a password. They must be losing so many customers by not resolving the IT issue!

Alternatively (fur future searchers) you can also use the SQ website Manage My Trip to request window on one and aisle on the other and check back in a day to see which seats have been allocated. If they are together, great. If not, then try calling TK.
