Making way for the 2008 that's just been release I presume.

The 2009 is being served on some airlines for a while.
The 2009 was release prior to the 2008. Similar to how they release the 2003 before the 2002.
I agreeHopefully it’s nicer, the 2009 was disappointing IMO.
How’s the 2005 like? Can’t remember tasting it.

It was a one day deal. Was going to buy some but I see $299/bottle. Has pricing reverted already?
It was a one day deal.
Cellarmasters have Pol Roger 2009 for $105. If you buy two with the OZBARGAIN code and CR + Gift Card it comes out to ~$71 per bottle. Assuming CRs pays out.
2009 not considered the greatest vintage.
Pol Roger Rose 2008 going for ~$88 a bottle at Cellarmasters using discounts identified above. 2008 considered a great vintage.

Luxury Champagne (6-pack) $299 for 2 by Moet, Lanson and Piper Heidsieck
use code 30XMAS for 30% discount and via chashrewards for 15% cashback on top. works out around $30 a bottle which seems quite decent. I bought the same pack last year and was quite happy with them. perfect summer quaffing champers

Call me a cynic, but why is that described as "luxury" champagne?
