Most likely an error.All this is making me feel more uneasy about waiting to get everything out of Velocity into Krisflyer... hopefully the process won't take the full 30 days for people who've just been accidentally caught up in some broader investigation. But three cases so far just on AFF makes it seem like a pretty big deal.

You cant have mismatched addresses; as soon as you update your address and its different to a linked account, the pooling is ended.Do any of these accounts have family pooling? May be a mis-match between addresses or primary / roll-in account.
May also be unrelated to the account owners and there's been a widespread breach / hack of accounts.

Both last year and this year when I've changed my address it has cut off my pooling arrangement.We had active pooling for some time (months) after mrsdoc updated the address within her Velocity acct and mine and minidocs remained at the old address. THis was around a year or so ago.
The process may have since changed to a more immediate process (it may have been around the time of the website update).
If you have done nothing wrong ... you have nothing to fear....
