No A+ yet, but then it hasn't been long enough but I am having technical issues with the AFR. I have an account and can log in but still get the 'Paywall' popup when I try to access the newspaper or any articles.
Is anyone else epxeriencing the same?
AFR subscription has worked fine for me since I first registered and on all of my devices.
Happy to report however that after 13 business days, my A+ login details have finally arrived. No Stay+ credit at this point however...
Re the Stay Plus complimentary night, what is the expiry date? I just got the stay plus night credited to my account the other day via Amex, so is the Accor membership annual cycle from date of account set; calendar year basis, or aligned with Amex Platinum annual fee date?
Ah I can answer my own question. Just noticed the accor app shows the stay plus credit with an expiry date of 31 Aug 2019. So l assume the accor account year is independent of the amex annual fee year
Does anyone know how you can print off a temporary card? One email says the info is in the second email, but it isn't nor can I see how to do it on the accor plus site. I was wanting to use the dining benefit and I recall, last time around, I was denied at Tamarind in Cairns because I didn't have the card. I seem to have had lots of problems with the Accor website functionality.
I recently registered for the Accor membership. I know we get a ‘stayplus’ night every year. Is that every Accor membership year or every Amex membership year?
My Amex membership year rolls over later this year so trying to figure out if I have to use my stayplus night before so it’s not forfeited and whether (I’m being greedy here) I’d get a second night with the Amex rollover.
My A+ card arrived in the mail today...
Both Accor and AFR memberships are now active. Accor took some time consistent with reports on AFF. AFR subscription was activated within a day of requesting it - quite impressed.
