Help! I had a bad bad accident on an international flight - None take responsibility

It just shocks me that any corporstion thinks its ok to ignore importsnt correspondence even if its not their problem


A simple, not our problem would put matters to rest from their perspective
Standard operating procedures nowadays for all manner of companies it seems... Delay + Deny and do your best to flout responsibility for anything. Especially in countries where there is not many options for legal recourse :)

Wish I could do that with my credit card too.

Just ignore their request for payment and let them chase it up. Unfortunately the customer (me) will lose out big time. I'm sure the airline would respond pronto if revenue was on the line
