I keep receiving sms verification codes from Qantas. I have received about 6 in the past 90 minutes or so...
Of course I have 2FA on as I receive these texts.
I’ve checked my account and everything seems in order. I’ve also upped my email security to 2FA as well.
Not sure what else I can do to put an end to this?

I changed a couple of details on my account yesterday and have had 3 SMS codes since.Maybe the interns are on duty this weekend.

For the last few weeks, I have been getting these sms codes several times a day...as long my points balance remains the same, I just ignore them.

Isn’t there a third party app that keeps track of your account? I read of a similar thing recently. And Qantas website has been down a while today.

Awardwallet can cause this if you have an account with them.

Update:
Spoke to a QFF staff member today and apparently some one had added my FF number to their account.

Supposedly an accident and so they removed my FF number from anyone else’s account to stop this occurring.

I’m yet to test what happens if I type my FF number and the wrong surname/Pin to see if this is a realistic answer.
