Just got the email and I'm focusing not on the stupid use of points, but the information on the amount of points used for redemptions.

I'm sitting on 583,450 (Top 3%) but know that will be low based on some members here that I know are big earners and redeemers.

The crux of the email is to try and get the billions of unused points in Australian CC and flybuys accounts transferred into VA accounts, plus a 30% reduction in reward seat redemption cost.

What's your numbers?

471,275 redeemed (I can only assume that includes transfers to SQ), top 4%. Apparently they think my points balance needs a top up, but that would be because I just redeemed a tonne of points.

And i have 1.5mill left i can't spend :(

You still have 1.5M left after already spending the same amount to date. Hey, I'm your long lost brother :D

Surprised I'm top 1%, find it difficult to redeem a lot of the time. Anyone know if the redemption amount includes transfers to SQ?

Figures DEFINITELY include SQ redemptions, I'm top 2% and with 623K and at least 250K have gone to SQ, HA, VX and DL

I am sitting in the top 1% as well, which surprises me at only 903,000 points redeemed

I have to say I enjoy these latest marketing emails from Virgin, I reckon they execute them pretty well.

Top 2%, with 769,199 redeemed, all have being with SQ either via VA or transferred to Kris.

Top 1%, 1.4m points redeemed.
And I currently have enough points for 12 toasters :):)

Seems they only posted them to top 5%? Haven't seen reports received from anyone else.

Top 2% for me also (640K redeemed), all transferred to SQ for J or Suites redemptions.

I prefer to burn VA points down. It just reminded me of Ansett. I lost around 20K points which was a lot for me at that time.

That puts you in our top

Points into rewards.

I’m a 1%er - but surprised as only 858k spent. Pretty certain that would include transfers to SQ thinking about it...

Going to struggle to take advantage of this 30% sale as I’ve almost emptied the account for our Christmas euro trip.

I excitedly go to my email and once again, no email love from VA or Velocity. Ive checked and search everything, reset my email contact ect. I simply do not get their emails :(.

No VA VD love for me.
