It cost me $49 to join Club Jetstar today, and I instantly saved me $40 on the airfares I booked - on the direct flight that I really wanted to book. Oddly, the flights to Bangkok that I didn't want because they stopped in Singapore, didn't have any Club Jetstar discounts attached to them.

So it seemed like a good deal to me today, as it effectively cost me $9, but ultimately depends on how often I fly Jetstar - which I've not flown yet.

Has anybody else found Club Jetstar's offers and promotions worth the ongoing $49.99 annual fee?
Regards,
Renato

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Hopefully you took advantage of the recently lowered Max bundle pricing for the most SC/points.
Thanks, but the price seemed pretty high on the Max bundle that was offered when I booked.

I just went for the Starter Bundle, which had proved so invaluable last time I booked nearly a year ago. I was due to be in Bali back in April, but had to undergo back surgery. With that Bundle, it was simple to change the flights to much later in this year.

Will have to have a look at it not that Infly JQ very often.

I've joined off and on, when the value has been there. Occasionally they have sales which open up to "club" members first which can be handy.

I joined Club Jetstar the other day and was in the process of booking a flight but decided against booking a flight as I was thinking of other options.

Couldn't use the JQ gift cards for 24 hours but I received a welcome email the next day and it would appear that I have joined Club Jetstar without paying? Would be interesting to see whst happens when I book next flight and try to log in.

Ive saved heaps with club Jetstar.
Picked up two trips PER-SIN-PER this year. 2 adults and 2 kids with 40kg luggage, $605 for one trip and $540 for the 2nd trip. The first trip included the $50 join fee.
Qantas club member means I get lounge access for the whole family aswell. Bargain!

@JohnK Did you find that you had rec'd a freebie membership?
