Hey eveyone, been a while since I posted.
I'm super excited... I've been let off the leash by Mrs.T-bone and Jnr.T-bone, who are allowing me 2 weeks in Europe in August :D!!
I've just booked flights. Unbelievable that I found J seats via BKK, and home via NRT..
What I was hoping to do was get the first leg in First (SYD-BKK) not only to experience it, but also to try the new first lounge in SYD, but alas, no seats.
What do you think my chances are of hanging around the entrance on the QF First lounge in SYD, and try to talk a solo traveller entering the lounge, that I could be their 'guest'??
Otherwise - is anyone (Plat or First flyer) out there flying QF 1 on August 10 and wnat to sponsor me in??

I would say the "door guard" would be looking out for this behaviour.

Best to lurk at the bottom of the escalator ;)

I am sure if other AFFers are travelling the same day they would be more than happy to host a regular contributor to the forum ;)

I would be more than happy to guest anyone into the lounge but I have never seen anyone lurking around the entrances.

I am not going to read the terms and conditions but is soliciting or even inviting a total stranger to the lounge illegal?

Soliciting might not be illegal, but it sure is tacky!
