40k Velocity bonus posting?

It's been about 3 weeks since ANZ asked for my Velocity number to post 40k bonus signup points. No points yet.

Any idea how long this usually takes?

I think they and the t`s and c`s say a max of 2 months.

My wife had a lot of difficulty with this. It took about six phone calls to ANZ, who of course made a different excuse each time. The best was that our Velocity number had the incorrect number of digits, and was therefore wrong. When they were asked to put a zero in front to make up the number of digits they needed, hey presto! the number was correct.

Mine came through in 6 weeks.
