I am just looking freshen up and have a shower, brush my teeth etc
My Details:

- 2hr 15min change over
- Emirates Airline

Thanks in Advance for your assistance

There are free showers in DXB as mentioned here. Assume towels are not provided so remember to BYO.

You can pay your way into the EK lounge if you're on an EK flight number for 100 USD. This will obviously include towels and amenities.

There are also some other paid options detailed here.

Thanks I see there is a number of public lounges that you can for. I might try one of them.
