I'm sure it has been noted here before, but I can't recall seeing it:

I have just booked a DONE4 via the OneWorld web site. In the past, I've been able to search flights on the site but referred to QF for booking and payment. This time, it was all completed on the OneWorld site. (It will get me to LTG by the time loyalty bonuses are converted to SC's - hooray!!)

The interesting thing is that there does not appear to have been a credit card surcharge. Has this been noted before?

OTOH, I may not be getting the bonus CC points that I would otherwise get if paying via QF.

if its ticketed by Qantas then you will pick up the bonus cc points....well at least thats my experience when I booked my DONE4 through the one world booking engine and paid with AMEX.

If you were able to complete a booking using the oneworld booking tool then you're one of the very few.

Certainly took quite a bit of fiddling, and there were problems. It was frustrating to find that flights appeared and disappeared randomly, in some cases all flights for the next month just ceased to exist.

Now if only I can find out what I'm doing wrong on the JAL site to select seats. Everything I try seems to elicit a "Please input accurately." notice.
