Advice on champagne

There's a sculptor from Qld called Linde Ivimey who does some sculptures dressed in the foil from champagnes she has drunk over 15 years or so. Feel free to Google her, I won't post the pics as they can be a little risquÃ

forgot to [post=1631144]mention earlier[/post] that Boccaccio currently has Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs 2009 for $85 :)

Supposedly 2-3 years from what I've read though I've had a bottle of Veuve in the laundry cupboard for 5 years so imagine the temperature and humidity fluctuations it had to put up with. Tasted the same as a newer bottle except less bubbly.

This seems like a good price

Not champagne, but my go to would be https://www.danmurphys.com.au/product/DM_20381/brown-brothers-pinot-noir-chardonnay-pinot-meunier or possibly https://www.danmurphys.com.au/product/DM_118192/jansz-premium-cuv-e?orgSearchTerm=jan

Maybe a few of each to mix it up.

As others have said, the Jansz is a nice drop, or if she likes NZ whites, the Cloudy Bay Pelorus is one of our faves:
