Has anyone tried one of these? I am thinking of getting one as I am always getting a cold when I get off the plane.

Probably too late to use it after a flight as your nasal pathways would have already dried out and allowed bugs in - might want to look at saline nasal spray to use during the flight?

My husband swears by using Fess nasal spray during his flight. I use Betadine gargle before, during and after the flight.

I swear by using nothing, and I have never caught anything I could directly attribute to being on a flight.

Even if I developed symptoms after taking a flight there is no way I could exclude the likelihood I was already carrying the virus before I boarded.

Correlation does not causation make.
