Just did this for the first time.

How do I book chauffeur drive? I Can't see any link on either QF or EK MMB.

If it's available, it should be on both the QF and EK MMB's. On EK's MMB, you just scroll down to all the extras.. But not sure where you are departing from or flying to....

We booked ours for Singapore and Rome on the EK site, just thinking that there was one less system for the request to go through (and one less airline involved to screw it up!).

We used QF points to book EK flights with EK flight numbers. If your flight is a code share with a QF flight number, you may not be eligible. They've made some other changes recently that I can't remember, but they are of course less favourable.

I've only just booked mine last week for SIN. Had a reference number on QF MMB and logged on to EK as per above screenshot and booked.

If the button isn't visible, just call them and get them to add it to the booking (presuming it's on an eligible route).

I did it for first time on Friday from SYD - BKK on EK 419. The tab was under 'manage my booking' and it allowed me to insert the pickup address in Canberra and drop off point in Bangers. I didn't need to go to EK site.

Received a phone call on Thursday confirming the Canberra pick up. Didn't hear a peek from EK and wasn't hopeful but followed the suits out of J class to exit gate 5 and there were EK chauffeurs with clip boards. Told them my name and I was checking into the DT Bangkok 30 minutes later.

I am planning a similar redemption to SIN next month. Does any body know where to meet the chauffeurs?

MELDXBDUS is the redemption. All on EK metal.

If I need to call should I call QF or EK?

I booked F on EK KUL - MEL. On QF said I was not eligible for CD but I could book on the EK site. I thought that this might have been because CD is not available in KUL, only available upon arrival in MEL.
