They are now available on the UK site to actually buy. Worth buying from one of these sites (the UK version comes out to be about $380 AUD) and then getting one of those forwarding companies to ship it here? Guess you'd have to wait a lot longer for shipping and also would have to factor in the shipping costs.

They don't come with a Bluetooth adapter for IFE I see ?
That would be a must have for me.

Apparently the mic is not that great either. If I can't use them on the plane and it's not great for phone calls (because of the mic), it takes a lot of the utility away for me. Anyway, curious if other AFFers are going to give it a go and keen to hear what options are being used to use it with IFE.

US$326 incl NY Taxes from the Bose store at Columbus Circle last month.

Work perfectly fine with my phone, including when flying but I still use the airline noise cancelling version when watching IFE. I do not use them for calls so no comment on the mic but the variable noise cancelling and the controls on the headset are good so you can leave the phone in your pocket while walking. I was a bit concerned how the unit would work around my neck but I do not notice it. Have got around 10 hours from a charge. Typical Bose quality.
